Stephen E. Mitchell, Board President
Mr. Mitchell is the President, CEO and owner of MitchCO, Incorporated, located in York, PA. He serves on the boards of Better York and Habitat for Humanity Board and is the Chairman York City Recreation Corporation.
John C. Eyster, Board Vice-President
Mr. Eyster is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania. As the Administrative Vice President of M&T Bank in York, he is able to provide the NHACS Board with experienced financial guidance. His commitment to community service shows in his extracurricular activities: President, Yorktown Senior Center, United Way, YCEDC Board Member and York Chapter of the American Red Cross. Mr. Eyster is also the President of the PIAA basketball officials York Chapter.
Robert E. Cooper
Mr. Cooper is a graduate of Loch Haven University, School of Communications. He currently is the Manager of Marketing and Community Sales at AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan. He holds a Pennsylvania Accident and Health Agents License. Mr. Cooper has been involved with the York community for many years, specifically with the Boys Club of York.
Hope Johnson
Ms. Johnson brings her experience as a business professional and a parent to the board of NHACS. With her child being part of NHACS student body, she experiences the impact of the educational programs from a firsthand perspective.
Benjamin L. Pratt, Esq.
Attorney Pratt received his legal education at the Widener University School of Law, and is currently with CGA Law Firm. His previous experience included positions with the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. He acted as a Labor Negotiator/Consultant, Staff Counsel and Director of Employee Relations Services. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor for Harrisburg Area Community.
David Graybill
Mr. Graybill is a product of York City schools. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and Master’s from Penn State. Mr. Graybill returned to York City as a teacher and coach. After retiring, he continues to volunteer his services within the sports program at William Penn High School.
Richard Miller
Mr. Miller's experience in community centric projects lends itself well as a representative of the board. He is currently the YWCA's Elm Street Manager. He earned his B.A. from Millersville University with a focus in Government and Political Affairs. he has worked with youth in the Washington D.C. area running interactive government simulations including a model Congress. Before that he gained experience working with troubled youth in a group home setting as a Residential Counselor.
Montez Parker
Montez Parker is a graduate of William Penn Senior High School. He is the father of a New Hope Academy student and volunteered his time and talents as a basketball coach during the 2009-2010 season. Mr. Parker has been an employee of the York Water Company for more than a decade."
