**Items You Will Need To Bring To The School** 1. Proof of Residency - this is a piece of mail addressed to you at the address in which you currently reside. This can be a utility bill, magazine cover or church bullentin. It must include your name and address. Mail from our school cannot meet this requirement. 2. Your Child's Birth Certificate 3.
